and you will get a pair of hand cufs.Then ask the warden do you have eny thing for me?He will
give you their profiles then go downtown and go in the bank.The first villan is there.Defeet
her.Then go back to down town and go in the sub staision.Go in the train and when he atacts
you jump intil he slips.Then go to the city park.Then click on him.The rock will hit him.The
ground will fling up put the rock next to the statue and let it hit him.Then cuf him.Then go
to the junkyard and there is a big magnet above it turn it off.A frige will fall on him then
go to it again.Watch out for the cans!Then turn it on.And you have defeted him.Then go to the
bathrooms(boys for boys ang girls for girls).Then twist knobs intil you see a door(enter it).
Then you will see ratman.Go to the topright of the room and turn the knob.Then bees will chase
you.Cuf him quick.Then go to the telephone and you will fly.Go to the sky scraper and fly to
Betty Jetty.Follow her and she will throw orbs at you and dodge them.You will get closer and
closer intil she falls.Then Ned Noddlehead will bump in to her and now he is town hero.Get a
hotdog from the park then go to the comic shop and trade for the medal.Now you have beat the
island.

Poptropica Dinosaur Island

Have you been to the official Poptropica blog lately? The creators have started posting sneak peeks for the next island (the one that will come out after Steamworks Island). They started out by showing some pictures of some boring mansions but then things got really interesting when they showed an overhead view of a jeep on the ground. And next to the jeep are two footprints that really look like they are dinosaur tracks!

I don’t know for certain that the next island will be called Dinosaur Island but it would be really great if it was. Poptropica needs dinosaurs! Bring them on! Rawr!

Great Pumpkin Island Coming Soon

If you have checked out the new Poptropica map lately then you know that there’s a new island coming out called Great Pumpkin Island. It will feature a lot of the Peanuts characters like Charlie Brown, Lucy and Linus. The story of the island will be based on the very famous Peanuts TV Special called It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. In this story, Linus misses Halloween because he waits outside in the pumpkin patch waiting for the Great Pumpkin to arrive. It sounds like the story of the Poptropica island will be a lot like it.

If you go there now, you can see Linus, Charlie Brown, and Lucy standing around in the pumpkin patch. Click on them to talk to them and learn more about the upcoming quest. This will probably be a mini-quest. It’s marked as being “Easy” on the map, and it will probably work a lot like last year’s mini-quest for Halloween.

BTW, did you see that last year’s Halloween mini-quest now costs 350 credits in the Poptropica store? It was free up until just a short time ago. It’s still worth doing for all the amazing Halloween costumes you can get at the very end.

Poptropica Cheats for Great Pumpkin Island

Great Pumpkin Island, the special island for Halloween 2010 in Poptropica, has arrived for members only. Everyone else can start playing on October 14. But if you have a subscription to Poptropica, you can go play it right now. I will put together a guide with all the cheats and tips that show you how to beat Great Pumpkin Island soon. In the meantime I took some screenshots to show off some of the best parts of the new island.

Snoopy, Woodstock and Me in Great Pumpkin Island

In Great Pumpkin Island, you help all the characters from the Peanuts comic strip on Halloween. That includes getting ready for the Halloween party, going trick or treating, and keeping Linus company in the pumpkin patch while he waits for the Great Pumpkin to arrive. This mini-quest is loaded with tons of different games to play. A lot of them are easy but some are extremely hard, like the rolling pumpkin game where you have to help Linus and Lucy get their pumpkin back to their house.

With all the excitement around the launch of Great Pumpkin Island I thought I’d pass along the news that the TV special it’s based on, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, will air here in the USA on ABC-TV on Thursday, October 28 at 8 pm. The original 1966 TV special will air first and will then be followed by another special called, You’re Not Elected, Charlie Brown. It’s an election-day special in which Linus runs for class president. It originally aired in 1972.

So tune in on Thursday October 28 to watch a full hour of the Peanuts and see how good a job the Poptropica creators did in bringing the TV special to life on Great Pumpkin Island.

And don’t forget: Great Pumpkin Island opens up for everyone on Poptropica this week on October 14.

Halloween is getting closer and you can really tell on Poptropica. Great Pumpkin Island opened up for everyone this week and now you can get a bunch of new Poptropica Furry Monster costumes. There are eight costumes in total, four for girls and four for boys. That’s a lot of furry monsters. Let’s take a quick look at the different choices you have.

The Creators posted another sneak peek in the official blog this week about the new upcoming island. It doesn’t have a name yet, but we think it has something to do with dinosaurs and other extinct animals. The sneak peek throws another curve ball. It’s a picture of a ruined castle under re-construction. There’s also a blue and white flag flying on top of the castle’s tower. What does this all mean? We have no idea, but it looks like a fun place to explore!

There’s still no word on the launch date for the new island, but the Poptropica Creators promise that we’ll be hearing more details about it soon.

Great Pumpkin Island

There’s big news today in Poptropica. In a short post about the new map, the Creators revealed the name of a brand-new island called Great Pumpkin island. This is an island that features all of the Peanuts characters like Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Linus. If you go there and view the special sneak preview, you’ll get to meet Linus in the pumpkin patch where he’s waiting for the Great Pumpkin to arrive.

We watch the Great Pumpkin on TV every year and it’s going to be really amazing to be able to play on this new island in Poptropica.

Steamworks Island Released for Everyone

The map on Poptropica shows that Steamworks Island is now online!

This is a very happy day on Poptropica! Steamworks Island was just released this morning for everyone to play. You no longer need to be a paid member to access it. You can reach it on the map now and start playing. Don’t forget that Steamworks Island is rated as <em>hard</em> so it might be tough to finish. Blue Birthday Balloon and Costume

The birthday celebration balloons are still available in all the Poptropica Common rooms. And if you try a lot of times you can still find the blue birthday balloon with the big number 3 on it. When you find that balloon and click on it all the balloons in the room will go POP! and you will get a special ultra-rare costume. It’s the blue birthday costume in the picture above. The hat looks totally funny with the big number 3 perched up on top. You also get a little party noisemaker and when you press the space bar your character will blow into it.

Finding the blue balloon is really hard because it only appears one in a while. To get it you either have to be really lucky or just keep entering and exiting the common rooms a lot.

It can appear in any of the Poptropica common rooms which are all on Main Street on the islands, also known as the starting zones. So pick whichever one you like the best and keep trying.

Poptropica Great Pumpkin Island

Poptropica Great Pumpkin Island is here and paid members can play it. Right now. Everyone else can play on October 14. This is the special Halloween island this year and it all happens with Charlie Brown and his friends, including Snoopy. Here are all the Poptropica cheats for Great Pumpkin Island and the complete walkthrough that will show you how to beat Great Pumpkin Island.

Playing Great Pumpkin Island in Poptropica

Here are all the steps to win this island.

1. Go right on Main Street and go into the Pumpkin patch where you will find Linus and Lucy.
2. Help them find out which pumpkin is heaviest by playing the mini-game here. Drag the pumpkins onto the scale and keep going through all of them until you find the heaviest one.
3. Drag the heaviest one onto Lucy.
4. Now they ask you to roll the pumpkins back to their house. In this game, you push the pumpkin up and down hills and past obstacles. Watch out for the big drops, which will make your pumpkin go splat. If that happens, you start over from either the beginning or the last flag you passed.
5. When you get to the end, Lucy is there waiting.
6. Go inside the house with Linus and Lucy. Linus gives you his trick or treat bag. Lucy carves a jack-o-lantern out of the pumpkin and you watch as Linus and Lucy talk a little bit. Then Charlie Brown arrives and Linus will begin to write a letter to the Great Pumpkin.
7. Now go outside the house and find Pigpen. Give him the trick or treat bag and he will give you a lemon sucker. Go back into the house with Linus and give him the sucker. He leaves and then you can pick up the pen he left behind on the desk.
8. Leave the house again and go left to Charlie Brown’s backyard. Go all the way over to where Snoopy and Charlie Brown are. Talk to them and then there is a short game where you are Snoopy and need to blow leaves falling from the tree into the leaf pile on the left. Move five leaves over and you win.
9. Linus shows up and jumps into the pile of leaves. Follow him to Main Street and you will see him over by the mailbox. Click on him and he tells you he’s missing his blue blanket.
10. Go back to the pile of leaves and click on it. Move the leaves by moving your mouse cursor in a circle really fast. Soon you will see his blue blanket. Click on it to take it and put it in your backpack.
11. Run over to Linus and give him the blanket. He opens up the mailbox with it and sends his letter to the Great Pumpkin.
12. Run back to Charlie Brown and now he is in the backyard with Lucy playing football. Give him the pen to get a signed agreement from Lucy saying that she will not take the ball away when he tries to kick it. She does it anyway and then they head off but leave the football behind.
13. Pick the football up and then walk over to Snoopy’s doghouse. Use the football and you will kick it up into the branches and knock a pilot’s cap down. Snoopy puts it on and becomes the famous WWI Flying Ace!
14. Now there is a mini-game where you have to avoid the Red Baron who shoots at you and drops bombs. Avoid the bombs and stay away from the Red Baron by doing loops and dodging the bullets.
15. After a minute you will land safely behind enemy lines.
16. Here you need to move all the way to the right but avoid the searchlight. Hide behind or in all the spots you can when the searchlight sweeps over you. The places to hide are very obvious, like the haystack or in the water.
17. You’ll arrive at a house. Jump up on the roof and hide behind the chimney. Then jump down and go to the right.
18. There is a scarecrow here. Take the mask and put it on. Go a little further to the right and you will be at the Halloween party!
19. When you go into the party there are many different Halloween games you need to play. They are all in a straight line and include bobbing for apples, pumpkin carving, a kind of memory game where you have to put the jack-o-lantern pieces in the right place and then a piano game with Snoopy dancing.
20. When you win all the games, the party is over. Everyone puts on their Halloween Costumes and decides to go Trick-or-treating. Click on the doors of each house and then jump up to catch the candy when it gets tossed out. You need to collect one of each kind of candy.
21. When you’re done, you now need to go back to the Pumpkin Patch where you will see Sally and Linus waiting patiently for the Great Pumpkin to arrive. Give the trick or treat bag to Sally. It looks like the Great Pumpkin then shows up but it turns out to just be Snoopy playing around in the Pumpkin Patch. Sally leaves and you will offer to spend the rest of the night waiting for the Great Pumpkin with Linus.
22. Linus falls asleep an then Lucy arrives. She thanks you for staying with Linus and then gives you the Great Pumpkin Island Medallion!
